Is there a free trial?
Yes. Plans that include a trial show the number of trial days. You can start from your MAPEX Hub account without a payment card.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added to your invoice at your region's rate: 15% in Saudi Arabia (SAR) and 14% in Egypt (EGP).
Which currency will I be billed in?
You are billed in your region's currency: Saudi Arabia and the GCC in Saudi riyals, and Egypt in Egyptian pounds, each by our local company. Prices are set per currency — never converted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your MAPEX Hub subscription and the modules update automatically.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year at a lower effective monthly price than monthly billing.
What counts as a user?
A user is a named person who signs in. Each plan includes a number of users; you can add more with the Additional user add-on.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise is tailored for multi-entity groups: all modules, higher limits, advanced security and a dedicated success manager. Contact sales for a quote.
Where is my data and who can see it?
Your company's data is isolated from every other customer at the database level, and access inside your company follows the roles you define.
